Very well located right in the heart of CBD
Charge for internet outrageous especially considerig room rates. Also 1.5% charge to pay with credit card is totally out of order
The hotel is located in central Perth and so is walking distance to the business area
Overall the hotel is average and well overpriced for the service it provides.
close proximaty to st john s hospital subiaco
definately no holiday
It was In the middle of the city, great location, right in the middle of the night life!
Clean and convenience since it is located in the middle of the city which is very close to the supermarket and foodcourt.
Very expensive during day that I stay (>440 AUS/day).
The location as its in the city centre.
I do not like the rowdy environment, probably because its in the city centre, double-edge sword.
Location is central and convenient.
Bedsheet was not change even the card was place on the bed.
quality of room for competitive rate
I had a problem with the paiment , who made my check in took my email confirmation and when we are living to airport at 5 in the morning , tha girl want to charged me again, and I didint have the paper to show to her . I hope thy dont charge me twice.
The location is good. It's easy for traveller to know about the city.
My daughter and I visited Perth for a weekend and booked a twin room. The room was on the second floor and was very spacious. While not a great view, the window let in plenty of natural light and it was very quiet. The two double beds were very comfortable with good quality linen and a choice of pillow (soft, firm). The bathroom was large with plenty of towels (bath, hand and face x 2). If arriving by car, the hotel is a bit tricky to find - if you drive along St Georges' Terrace, turn left into William St and then left into Hay St - you will find it! The valet parking is excellent - we were in and out of the hotel a few times each day. For $29.00 overnight we could not fault the price or service and the staff were exceptionally quick and friendly. Check in/out was a breeze, and all the staff we met were smiling, relaxed, friendly and helpful (must be nice place to work). We would certainly stay here again.
A minor thing - the hall ways could do with more lighting and a coat of paint.
Being told we could only have visitors for half an hour, paying for a queen delux room and really only got a very average room which I could of got for a cheaper rate. Told that the mini bar was complementary and there was nothing in it.
Central Location. Breakfast Service. Bar attendants
Although confirmed by yourselves as booked in - the front desk said no. Eventually sorted out. Fridge in room not turned on & so no ice. Unable to open / close safe - not connected.
The service was great- the people at the counter were helpful, informative and polite. If I didnt understand something they were more than happy to help me out. The ground floor was lovely on the eye, it was a shame that we couldnt go to the cafe for breakfast but seeing as it was a public holiday it was understandable. The bed was lovely and comfortable, given both soft and firm pillows, and provided plenty of shampoo, body wash, soap etc in the bathroom, which I often dont see in hotels. The price was also very reasonable.
Slightly unclean, hairs in the shower plus some mould, bed was a little small given it was a Queen Deluxe room, carpet dodgy looking, but nothing that would stop me from going again. Was a little unsure about the valet parking conditions though- if the person parking the car damaged it, stole from it, or otherwise, the hotel was not responsible?
Location near to Perth train station
Room is old and need renovation
