Excellent location near shopping and attractions. Breakfast buffet lacked variety during our four-night stay.

Charming stay in the heart

Our family loved the spacious room, perfect for four. The breakfast was nutritious and filling, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, adding to our delight. The central location made exploring easy.

Although we enjoyed our stay, the mini fridge in our room wasn’t cold enough, which was a small inconvenience during our family vacation. Parking rules can be tricky, so be cautious.

We chose to stay here while visiting the nearby cultural attractions, and it was a convenient base for exploring places like the Western Australian Museum and the Art Gallery of WA. Our room was comfortable and clean, which made it a restful place after long days out. The staff went out of their way to assist us, especially when we needed help with our early check-in and arranging a car rental. breakfast could use some improvements in terms of variety, as we found ourselves wishing for a change during our stay.

Great space in the double queen room—plenty of room for two adults and two kids. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the shower pressure was impressive.

Drop-off situation for check-in is a mess. five-minute parking nearly nonexistent. Booked a standard room with two beds, but only one was available upon arrival, leaving no options for change. the restaurant's gluten-free pizza option was off the menu on the night we ordered.

The room was very comfortable and clean , reflecting excellent care. Enjoyed the espresso coffee and had a relaxing bath during my stay. Room service provided delicious meals that exceeded my expectations.

Rooms were consistently clean and the staff displayed friendly and attentive service, ensuring a comfortable experience. parking rules were a bit confusing and could use more clarity. some amenities weren't as readily available as expected, which made our stay slightly inconvenient.

The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a coffee machine and excellent shower. The location is perfect for exploring.

Welcoming atmosphere, ideal if you're traveling with little ones as the staff's attentiveness to children was outstanding during our visit.

Great spot for families

The staff was incredible helped my kid feel welcomed by giving him a kids pack on arrival. Also promptly gave us extra milk when we ran out. Everyone was pretty engaged with the kids.

It wasn’t cheap but I felt it was still acceptable for the comfort provided.
